San Francisco: Grabhorn-Hoyem, 1968. First edition. Oblong 16mo. [34 pp]. Fine in paper-covered boards with gilt stamping to spine. No dust jacket, as issued. Translated into modern English with an introduction by Barnes. One of 400 copies printed letterpress by Robert Grabhorn and Andrew Hoyem. Though not called for, SIGNED by Hoyem on the colophon page.
