Paulton: Resuscitator Press (1963-1969). Seven issues in the first run (1963-66) followed by three additional issues (1968-69). All very near fine in or better in printed or illustrated wrappers. After the first issue, the Americans appear in force: Corman, Olson, Zukofsky, Oppen, Eigner, Creeley, and Snyder, with the occasional Canadian (Coleman, Bowering, Kearns).
