Texas writer; I think this might have been printed by Charles Potts; the long sheets are folded over with the red cover wraps, and the edges sealed with a red flap with a rampant lion and a green sticker; these have not been opened. Laid in is a broadside, Broadsheet 3, from Artists in the City, with a poem by Taylor.
