Foxing to page edges, else very good in good only dust jacket which is split to flaps and missing the lower 1/3 of the spine. Photographic decorations by William H. Field. Clifford Odets’ copy with his embossed stamp on the first leaf, “CLIFFORD ODETS / NEW YORK CITY.” Additionally dated (4/37) and SIGNED by Odets on the first leaf. Odets has also penciled two lines on the first leaf, and made several pencil brackets to the text.
