The colophon indicates that 310 copies were printed, of which 300 were for sale. This copy designated “out of series,” and is INSCRIBED By Levenson to K.K. Merker of the Windover Press, “for Kim Merker on / the occasion of a great / visit to Berkeley (no snow!) / Roger 3/22/77.”
