The correct first edition was published in London by John Camden Hotten in 1871, under the fictitious imprint ‘Cadell & Murray, 1810’ (250 copies). There was a reissue in 1898, probably published by Charles Carrington, under the same fictitious imprint, but with the date changed to 1820 (200 copies).
